Library at a glance:

Khalisani Mahavidyalaya Central Library established in 1970 is an open access college library affiliated to the University of Burdwan. It is an enriched library with a collection of more than 29000 books in different disciplines and journals. All the books are classified according to DDC 19th edition. The library has online membership of the British Council Library and subscribes e-resources through N-LIST. The library is housed in the first floor of the Annex building with a spacious stack room, separate reading rooms for teachers and students, a room for research oriented activities and balcony. The Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) KOHA had been introduced to the library in 2015 in a local server and in 2018 it has been shifted to cloud server to provide better service to the users. Presently the library is partially automated with web-OPAC facility.
